It strarted aboot a month ago; my girl noticed my weakend condition and insisted I go to the Hospital (I was originally going to head to the nearest clinic). Once there, they inform me I'd lost A HECK of a Lot more blood than I'd thought I had (I'm actually used to it, due to my medical condition), and I end up spending the weekend getting a transfusion.
That folowing Tuesday was surgery to correct a problem that shoulda been dealt with a long time ago.
Richard Pryor was right, btw, "Hospitals ain't no place to get better!"
Now I'm home on a constant diet of anti-biotics and Tylenols, and oh-so-slowly getting my strength back. My oppologies to BANetwork for my abcense; damn, there were so many projects I wanted to participate in!
On top of all that, I'm presently typing this on my brother's computer; my monitor died!!!
Anyway, best to everyone, and I'll be back soon as I get my strength and a new monitor.
Peace and love.

I just hope I'm well enough and this, ahem, pain in my ass is gone in time for the Comicon at the end of August ('cause it'd just SUCK to spend the week of my Birthday at home.)
The honest-to-god toughest part is getting my energy back up. The nurse tells me fatigue is normal, but it's hard to even get around the house without getting light-headed.
On the positive side, my Mom hasn't been this caring since when I had the measles!
Peace, all.
